The first stage of the new regatta series, the Moscow Cup, as well as the awards ceremony were held as part of the event
The Moscow Cup organized by PROyachting company is included in the Federation Cup of the Moscow Sailing Federation, which means that yachtsmen can obtain or improve their sports rank based on the results of their participation in all stages of the series. It is the first time the competition has taken place in the capital of Russia. 25 crews took part in it.
There were both experienced yachtsmen and newbies among the participants. The latter were assisted by professional skipper-instructors.
As a result of four races, the best in the first stage of the Moscow Cup is the regular participant of Night Races, the Intersen-Plus crew.
In addition to the competition, the festive program included a buffet and networking, activities from the event's partners, a formal awards ceremony for the regatta winners and a celebration of the 2025 and 2025/26 off-season series racing champions.
