Turkish Bilgin Yachts shipyard is best known for its largest yachts from Bilgin 263 series, which are 80 m long

The first unit in this series, Tatiana (now Sevanna), launched in 2021, was the largest yacht built in Turkey to date.

She was followed by Leona in 2023, which featured a memorable, defiantly red colour.

Finally, the third and the last unit in Bilgin 163 formerly known as Project Silence has been launched and christened Al Reem.

All the yachts in the series feature similar exterior lines, developed by Turkish Unique Yacht Design studio. However, the Al Reem was refined and as a result offers 20% more volume than her predecessors. Besides, the Al Reem got a larger and more efficient radar mast, as well as a number of technical innovations: a new ventilation and conditioning system and more powerful generators.

Although all the three hulls’ interior concept is owed to British H2 Yacht Design studio, they are quite different in terms of style and layouts. Thus, the Al Reem has a longer upper deck, an additional enclosed area aft, and more generous living spaces.

The wheelhouse has been moved to the top level, to the enclosed part of the sundeck forward for better visibility. The main staircase configuration has been changed, too, so as to accommodate a round glass elevator connecting all the decks.

Another standout feature found on board the Al Reem is the owner’s cabin with almost 300-degree views. The sliding doors lead to the private open terrace with a jacuzzi on the foredeck. There are five more double cabins for guests: two VIP suits on the main deck and three guest cabins below.

With a hull of steel and a superstructure of aluminium, the Al Reem can reach a top speed of 19 knots and a cruising speed of 12, with a range of up to 6,000 nautical miles at economical 10 knots.
