The Evo R4+ is a new yacht in R line from Evo Yachts, designed with an aim to enhance the closed deck of the Evo R+ model, unveiled at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2023
The goal was to launch a model that combines functional deck areas with the comfort of a cabin cruiser. As a result, there appeared a 13-metre boat featuring striking exterior styling. She can take to sea in a wide range of weather condtions and allows one to use various areas on board in different ways thanks to the modular solutions for the aft area and the hard top.
The Evo R4+ is a true transformer. The aluminium hard top features several removable Plexiglas parts that allow this area to be partially opened, depending on the weather and individual needs. There is also a spoiler forward for natural ventilation. The yard has also developed a special LED lighting system, which makes the space under the hard top particularly enjoyable and atmospheric after dark.
The multifunctional aft platform that creates the beach area can add an extra metre in length when open. Besides, it is also a tender lift. It can be lowered to about 80 centimetres below the sea surface or raised for convenient access from high piers.
Like other R line models, the new R4+ features the brand’s hallmark “XTension” system, which made Evo Yachts famous all over the world. With the help of a hydraulic drive it opens the bulwarks, increasing the usable deck space by 40% up to 25 sq.m in less than 30 seconds. The sunpad located in the middle of the beach area is fitted with a multifunctional sliding table.
The interior and layout below deck can be personalised. There is a saloon with a dinette forward, which can be converted into a double bed; a galley, a bathroom and a double cabin aft.
The generous spaces below deck are partly owed to the compact Volvo IPS 650 engines of 535 hp each, which provide the Evo R4+ with a top speed of 34 knots and a range of about 300 nautical miles.
