YN 20955, or Project Agnetha, is the latest addition to the popular 55m Steel FDHF series offering seaworthy displacement superyachts

The striking and assertive exterior of the superyacht is owed to Omega Architects. The yacht’s horizontal lines enlarge the length visually and combine harmoniously with the broad inserts of tented glass on the main and upper decks.

The interior spaces with a volume of 760 GT, developed by Luca Dini Design & Architecture, offer a cozy atmosphere. The palette of warm shades wraps the guests in a feeling of comfort, which is so important for longer voyages.

The aft part of the superstructure is entirely pillar-free, which creates a unity of exterior and interior spaces and offers unobstructed sea view from nearly any point on board.

Six cabins on board Project Agnetha can accommodate up to 12 guests. The owner’s suite is located on the main deck forward and features separate dressing rooms and bathrooms (his and hers), as well as a veranda on the starboard side. Four more guest cabins are located below deck, and there is a VIP cabin on the bridge deck. There are also quarters for a crew of 13.

The fast displacement hull (FDHF) and a pair of twin MTU 8V 4000 M63 engines (IMO Tier III) deliver a top speed 15.5 knots, while at a speed of 13 knots the superyacht’s range is 4500 nautical miles.

According to the shipyard, the yacht’s smartly planned layout makes the Heesen 55-metre class perfect for charters. Project Agnetha is scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of 2025 and is currently available for sale.

“The Heesen 55-metre Steel Class is constantly evolving, and Project Agnetha is the result. The beauty of buying this kind of superyacht is that the shipyard has taken care of all the technical aspects and has perfected the platform, incorporating in-depth feedback from our constant dialogue with brokers, owners and captains. So when clients join the project, they can enjoy the fun part of building a superyacht, focusing on all those details that will make the yacht truly theirs," says Mark Cavendish, Heesen CCO.
