After successful sea trials in summer the 45-metre yacht built by Alia Yachts shipyard will be showcased at Monaco Yacht Show 2024 scheduled for 25-28 September

The custom all-aluminium superyacht currently known as ALU 450 Project SAN was designed by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design.

The naval architecture is owed to Lateral Naval Architects. Despite the length of 45 metres, Project SAN looks quite compact thanks to the clean, strict lines of the sport-style superstructure, featuring expansive glazing all the height of the main deck. Its modern, somewhat aggressive look is reinforced by the plumb bow.

The focus of the decks’ layout is on exterior lounging areas. All the exterior deck furniture is versatile: the dining area can be easily transformed into a lounge, while the sunpad forward can turn into a private exterior seating area, ideal for having cocktails. The aft section has a feature that is becoming typical of almost all new superyachts: there fold-down bulwarks that extend the “beach” area.

Project SAN’s interior renderings have not been revealed yet, but it has been reported earlier that it’s going to be minimalistic and feature an accent on natural light thanks to the expansive glazing. There is a master suite and four double guest cabins, which are all located below deck.

The superyacht is very likely to boast great performance characteristics, as she will powered by four Volvo IPS engines, which is quite unusual for a vessel of this size.
