Akula is the third unit in Baglietto T52 displacement series, which was launched a short time ago
The yacht will make her debut at the upcoming Monaco Yacht Show on 25-28 September 2024. The first unit in the same series named Arc of Fate became the winner of World Superyacht Awards 2024 in the category of Displacement Motor Yachts under 499 GT over 45 metres.
The exterior for Baglietto T52 series was designed by renowned Francesco Paszkowski, and the interiors are owed to Enrico Gobbi and his Team for Design.
Among the standout features of the series one can mention the three-level beach club and the skylounge on the upper deck, which can be open on three sides thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. Besides, the T52 models can boast one of the largest sundecks in the category.
“Although each yacht is part of a specific line, she is in fact truly one in her kind and the outcome of a long journey made side by side with the owner,” said Baglietto's CCO, Fabio Ermetto.
Akula stands out for her dark grey “shark” colour coupled with powerful, aggressive lines makes her look rather aggressive. At the same time, her interior is light and modern, featuring a neutral palette with pops of bright colours. Among other features one should also mention the fact that the aft garage has been replaced with a gym, while the 5.5-metre tender and two jet skis have moved forward.
Akula can accommodate 12 passengers in six cabins. Five guest cabins are located below deck, and the master suite with a private lounge and an office are on the main deck.
The yacht can reach a top speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots.
